    This Policy applies to information collected through Case Intake forms, websites, and automation workflows. Case Intake operates primarily as a service provider to law firms.

  2. INFORMATION COLLECTED
    Information may include:

  • Name, contact details, and demographic information

  • Incident details relevant to personal injury claims

  • Technical data such as IP address and submission metadata

  1. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION
    Information is collected to:

  • Facilitate automated client intake and qualification

  • Deliver submissions to the designated law firm

  • Maintain, secure, and improve the Service

  1. DATA CONTROLLERS AND PROCESSORS
    Law firms are the data controllers. Case Intake processes personal information strictly on the law firm’s instructions.

  2. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
    Information is disclosed only to:

  • The law firm designated by the form

  • Service providers used to operate the platform (e.g., hosting, automation tools)

We do not sell personal information.

  1. DATA STORAGE AND TRANSFER
    Data may be stored or processed using third-party infrastructure, which may be located outside British Columbia or Canada. Reasonable safeguards are applied to protect data.

  2. SECURITY
    Case Intake uses administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is fully secure.

  3. RETENTION
    Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as instructed by the law firm.

  4. INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
    Requests for access, correction, or deletion of personal information should be directed to the relevant law firm. Case Intake will assist where legally required.

  5. CHILDREN
    The Service is not intended for individuals under 19 years of age.

  6. CHANGES
    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
